Scout Coffee

Scout Coffee is a coffee shop, bakery and roastery that has been open since January 2014. The bakery makes scratch pastries daily, and the coffee is roasted in-house in Morro Bay. Shop drinks include house-made syrups and almond milk, and the shop also sells coffee beans, tea, mugs, tumblers and hats.

The Morro Bay location at 390 Morro Bay Blvd is a cafe, roastery and bakery in one building, opened in early 2024 in the old Bank of America downtown. Scout also runs cafes in San Luis Obispo on Garden Street and Foothill Boulevard, plus a shop on the Cal Poly campus. Coffee bags ship within one to two days of roasting.
