Luxury vinyl, carpet and hardwood installed for rentals and homes366 Quintana Road, Morro Bay, CA
Flooring Concepts installs luxury vinyl plank, waterproof wide-plank flooring, carpet, hardwood and laminate, and tile, and can add blinds, shades and shutters in the same visit. Much of its work is for property managers turning rental units, with a stock of the most-requested LVP and carpet kept on the shelf so turns do not wait on a supplier. Homeowners and builders are also served.
The company offers free measuring, material selection, installation and cleanup. Its crew is described as the same installers on every job. Owner Aaron Gutierrez took over in 2024 after working as store manager, and the business dates to 1987. It is based in Morro Bay and serves San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, from San Simeon to Santa Barbara.
