Growing Life Therapy

Growing Life Therapy is the counseling practice of Alice Baldwin O'Keefe, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Oregon. Her work covers individual therapy, couples therapy, premarital counseling, family therapy, and creativity-based sessions, with a focus on grief, life changes, relationship struggles, and recovery from trauma. She draws on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and BrainSpotting, and she also works with yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, and a short intensive day or weekend is available as a starting point. New clients can book a free 20-minute consultation to see whether the fit is right. In-person sessions are offered in Morro Bay, with occasional in-person visits in Bend, Oregon, and online sessions are available to clients in California and Oregon.
