Welter Storage

Welter Storage Equipment Co., Inc. sells new and used warehouse and office equipment, with pallet rack, shelving, workbenches, mezzanines, forklifts, rolling ladders, and new and used office furniture as its core lines. Most of its stock comes from auctions, liquidations, bankruptcies, closeouts, and companies relocating offices or warehouses.

The company also designs auto-CAD layouts for offices and warehouses and installs racking, shelving, and workstations. It is an authorized Star Buildings dealer and ships across the country, though it began with a 150-mile service area. The Monticello store is at the original farm-era location on South Main Street, with sister stores in Cedar Rapids and Dubuque; call ahead to confirm used stock and prices before visiting.
