The story

The Manor Tavern is a restaurant and event venue in Monkton, set on a historic property that dates back to the time of George Washington. The menu is modern country cooking built around a farm-to-table approach, with produce grown in the restaurant's own backyard garden. Executive Chef Sebastien Lemarre leads the kitchen, and the lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menus change with the seasons.

The property also hosts weddings, milestone birthdays, holiday parties and company meetings in a space of more than 12,000 square feet, and the team offers catering and wine suppers. Lunch is served Friday and Saturday, dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and brunch on Sunday, with the bar open later on weekends.
