The Jewelry Center handles jewelry and watch repair, custom jewelry design, and gold buying. Its repair work includes ring resizing, stone setting and prong repair, band polishing, and watch battery replacements, which the shop lists at $5.99. Engagement rings and wedding bands make up a large part of the selection, with natural, lab-grown, and designer brands on hand. The shop has been voted Milwaukee's Top Choice Jeweler every year since 2017.

Neighbors can sell gold, diamonds, or jewelry to the shop after a free, no-pressure evaluation. Financing and insurance appraisals are offered too. The Greenfield store is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday, with shorter Saturday hours. The business also runs stores in Brookfield, Burlington, and Mequon.
