Kopp's Frozen Custard is a Milwaukee-area custard stand and burger joint known for its handmade frozen custard, rotating Flavor of the Day, and old-fashioned grilled burgers. Founded by Elsa Kopp in 1950, the business is known for its classic-yet-quirky recipes, and its menu runs from hamburgers and chicken sandwiches to sundaes, malts and shakes.
The Greenfield location on West Layton Avenue is one of several Kopp's stands in the area, with others in Brookfield and Glendale. Orders can be placed through the Kopp's app, and custard is sold by the cone, dish, or take-home pint, quart or half gallon. Gift cards are also available.
