Kelmann Restoration

Kelmann Restoration is a family-owned disaster cleanup and property restoration company that has served Wisconsin since 1973. Its work covers water damage, flooding, sewage backup, fire and smoke, storm damage, ice dams and mold remediation, with projects that often extend into full remodeling and renovation after the cleanup is done.

Response teams are available 24 hours a day, every day, which matters when a leak or storm hits at night. The company also works directly with insurance companies on claims, and its main office is at 12001 W Dearbourn Ave. in Wauwatosa, with additional locations in New Berlin and Sheboygan. Customers in the Milwaukee area and across southeastern Wisconsin are the main focus.
