Evolution Fitness

Evolution Fitness is a coach-led gym in West Allis built around group workouts that change every day. Classes mix cardio, bodyweight movements and weights, and coaches scale each workout so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side. Personal training with a coach is also available for members who want individual programming.

Newcomers start with a free intro session where they tour the gym and talk with a coach about their goals. Classes run 60 minutes, and drop-in visits cost $15 a day. Spots are limited, so reserving ahead is recommended. Members can use the gym at any hour, and classes are booked through the gym's app. The gym is at 212 South Curtis Road.
