Central Standard Craft Distillery

Central Standard Craft Distillery makes vodka, bourbon, rye, brandy and gin-style spirits, including Standard Issue Vodka, Dockside Bourbon, Riverbend Rye and a Brandy Old Fashioned mix. The founders, Evan and Pat, want locally sourced ingredients and a team of local professionals behind every bottle, and several of the spirits have won local and national awards. The distillery also runs a Brandy Old Fashioned Hall of Fame and offers recipes for its spirits and cocktails.

Spirits are sold through local retailers, and the website has a product locator to find the nearest store carrying them. The distillery is on West Clybourn Street in Milwaukee, and a new distillery and tasting room is planned for the Harley-Davidson historic campus starting in 2026. Custom-selected bourbon gifts are offered for businesses and holiday giving.
