Archie Moore's

Archie Moore's is a neighborhood bar and restaurant known for its buffalo chicken wings, which the business says it first served in 1982. It also bottles its Buffalo Wing Sauce, sold at grocers across Connecticut and at the restaurants themselves. The business traces its roots to a tavern opened on Willow Street in New Haven in 1898.

The Milford location is at 15 Factory Lane and is one of five Archie Moore's restaurants in Connecticut, the others in New Haven, Fairfield, Wallingford and Branford. Gift cards are available. Visitors who want a bottle of the sauce can pick one up at the restaurant.
