BodySense

BodySense Holistic Spa offers massage therapy, skin care, pain management, acupuncture, iridology and naturopathy, and spa packages. Its massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic and Esalen styles, and its esthetician offers facials such as microneedling, radiofrequency and chemical peels. The team includes licensed massage therapists, an acupuncture physician and a naturopathic iridology specialist, and the founder leads the pain management work.

BodySense takes online bookings and sells gift certificates and memberships. It is at 2212 SW 22nd Avenue in Miami, where appointments moved recently, and the site asks guests to arrive 15 minutes early. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and the spa is open later on weekdays, until 10 PM on Wednesday and Thursday.
