AVA Day Spa offers facials, body treatments and teeth whitening for clients who want skin care, relaxation and some body work in one place. Its most requested treatments include the Deep Facial Cleansing, a VIP facial with extractions and high-frequency, Maderotherapy wood-roller sessions combined with ultrasonic cavitation or radiofrequency, and EMS Circuit Slim sessions for toning. The spa also offers a hot stone massage with aromatherapy.

Appointments can be booked online through the spa's website. Body treatments are sold in packages of 6, 10 or 15 sessions, and gift cards are available. The spa says its specialists have more than 15 years of experience in aesthetics and that the space is designed to feel calm and welcoming for families and regular clients. AVA has two locations, one on West Flagler Street in Miami and another in Hialeah.
