Metamora Park District

Metamora Park District runs the Metamora Community Pool, a community swimming facility with lap swim, family swim time, a baby pool and diving facilities. The district also offers swim lessons taught by certified lifeguard instructors, a youth swim team open to swimmers of all levels, and private pool parties with lifeguard supervision.

The pool is closed for the season and reopens next summer. The district has been working with the Metamora Park Foundation and Friends of the Pool on aging infrastructure and funding to keep the pool running. Pool registration, season passes and party bookings are handled through downloadable forms, and the facility is tobacco- and vape-free. The pool is on North Douglas Street in Metamora.
