Evergreen Farm Brewing

Evergreen Farm Brewing is a small nano brewery on a family farm in Metamora, Illinois. The beers are brewed on the property, and many include ingredients grown on the farm, such as specialty crops added to the brews. Adam Sommer, whose background includes electrical work and mathematics, is the brewer, and the beers are approachable with some carrying a farmhouse twist.
