Lovejoy'S Real Ice Cream

Lovejoy's Real Ice Cream mixes small batches of ice cream right in the shop, in an assortment of flavors that changes over time. Toppings are made from scratch in house, and the specialty sundaes, including the Banana Too Good To Split and the Molten Brownie, are a big part of the menu. The ice cream panini is the shop's playful signature.

The menu also includes hot paninis like the Highway 55, with huckleberry, provolone and turkey, plus bagged chips and novelty bottled soda for a quick meal. Sprinkles are free, always. Lovejoy's has three locations: Meridian, at the corner of Meridian and Overland roads, a shop at Bown Crossing in southeast Boise, and a west Boise shop at Five Mile and Ustick that opened in October 2025. The shops stay open late on weekends and are closed Sundays. Ice cream cakes and catering are also offered, but cake orders should be placed by phone rather than through the website form.
