Epi's Basque Restaurant

Epi's Basque Restaurant serves traditional Basque cooking built on time-honored recipes from founder Maria Epifania "Epi" Lamiquis-Inchausti. The menu runs from calamari, croquetas de jamón and chorizo to charbroiled ribeye, lamb chops, halibut with lobster cream sauce and garlic shrimp, with a few signature dishes developed over the years. Entrées come with a soup or salad, two chef-selected sides and fresh baguette.

The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 5:00 PM, and is closed Mondays and Sundays. Seating is limited, so calling or texting ahead for a reservation is recommended, and the restaurant also accepts reservations through OpenTable. Epi's also caters and hosts private parties and sells gift cards. It is on North Main Street in downtown Meridian, Idaho.
