Planted Therapy Group

Planted Therapy Group is a practice of licensed and master's-level mental health clinicians offering individual, child and adolescent, couples, and family therapy. The clinicians work with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, substance use, perinatal mental health, and relationship conflict, and draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Several clinicians focus on first responders, frontline healthcare workers, and gender-affirming care documentation.

Sessions are offered in person at the Poplar Avenue office in Memphis or by telehealth. Each clinician keeps their own schedule, so new clients are usually matched with a therapist by availability and need. The practice accepts several insurance plans through its clinicians, and self-pay rates are listed on its site. Couples therapy is self-pay only, and a free 15-minute consultation is available before booking.
