Paul Hambrick Counseling

Paul Hambrick Counseling provides mental health therapy with a focus on trauma and addiction. Paul Hambrick uses Somatic Experiencing and EMDR to help clients work through overwhelming emotions and physical stress tied to past events. The practice also covers anxiety, depression, panic disorders, anger management, chronic pain, grief and couples therapy.

Sessions combine supportive talk therapy with skills training in grounding, breathwork, mindfulness, DBT skills and nervous system regulation. The office is in Bartlett, and the practice takes calls, texts and emails from people looking to schedule a first visit.
