Montgomery Martin Contractors

Montgomery Martin Contractors is a general contractor and construction manager for commercial and institutional buildings. Its projects include multi-family and student housing, mixed-use and retail buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality projects, places of worship and historic renovations. The firm brings in owners and architects at the earliest planning stages to keep costs, quality and schedules under control.

Clients can hire the company for preconstruction estimating and budget review, construction management, full general contracting or design-build, where one team handles both design and construction. Much of its work comes from referrals and repeat clients. The corporate office is in Memphis, Tennessee, and a second office is in Oxford, Mississippi. Subcontractors can find information through the company's subcontracting section.
