Black Therapists Matter

Black Therapists Matter runs an online directory that helps Black individuals find mental health clinicians and other wellness professionals who understand their experiences. Listings include counselors, massage therapists, sound therapists and reiki healers, with the stated goal of increasing wellness in the Black community. The site also features therapists of the month and publishes a blog.

The network lists more than 200 therapists nationwide and reports over 500 successful matches. Therapists can join the directory, and the team works remotely across the United States. The business has a Memphis address on Elvis Presley Boulevard.
