Keith Collinsco

Keith S. Collins Company is a community association management firm that handles the finances, meetings and paperwork for neighborhood and condominium associations. Founded in 2001 by CPA Keith S. Collins, the firm manages more than 380 associations with over 35,000 units, and its services include monthly accounting, budget development, assessment billing and architectural review administration.

Association boards work with the firm on monthly financial reports, insurance coverage and covenant enforcement, including routine on-site inspections and written notices to homeowners. The main office is in Memphis, with a satellite office in Oxford, Mississippi, and the firm covers associations across West Tennessee, north Mississippi, northeast Arkansas and north Alabama.
