Broadmoor Property Management

Broadmoor Property Management is a family-owned company that rents single-family homes, condos and apartments to tenants and manages investment properties for owners. Kathy Lambert opened the company in 2003 as owner and CEO, and it now oversees more than 1,100 units across the Memphis area. Most of its rentals are pet-friendly, and its services have grown to include a sales and marketing department.

Tenants can view available units online, submit applications and pay rent online through a tenant portal. Owners get a secure online portal they can check from anywhere, and the company says it responds quickly to resident requests. Listings and management cover Cordova, Arlington, Lakeland and Collierville, with locations near midtown and downtown Memphis. The office is open weekdays and takes calls at 901-276-3607.
