Sterling West Property Management

Sterling West Property Management is a residential property management company that handles rentals for owners across the Rogue Valley. The team handles tenant screening, leasing and marketing listings to more than 80 rental platforms, coordinating maintenance with preferred local vendors, and routine drive-by and interior inspections. Owners can track statements, rent payments and maintenance updates through an online owner portal.

Tenants have their own portal for rent payments and services. Emergency maintenance is covered around the clock, with a dedicated answering service when the office is closed. The office is at 1390 Oleander St. in Medford, and the company manages a range of property types for owners who live out of the area.
