Bambu Restaurant

Bambu serves a blend of regional Asian cooking drawing on Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Hawaii, Indonesia and the Philippines. The menu is built for sharing, with starters like Tiger Rolls, Polynesian coconut prawns and dim sum, along with Thai coconut soup, pad thai and shanghai baby back ribs. Vegan and gluten-free options are marked on the menu.

Reservations are taken only by phone or in person, and seating is limited, so calling ahead is wise. Takeout orders carry a 5% fee that covers the cost of eco-friendly packaging. The outdoor patio is a favorite in warm weather, and e-gift cards are available. Bambu sits off North Phoenix Road in Medford, a short drive from Ashland and Jacksonville.
