Buen Provecho

Buen Provecho is a fresh-Mex kitchen that builds burritos, bowls, tacos, salads and nachos to order. Diners choose an entree, then a protein such as chicken adobo, pork carnitas, beef barbacoa or tofu adobo, and load it with unlimited toppings including cilantro-lime rice, pinto or black beans, several salsas, cheeses and fresh-Mex slaw. Gluten-free and vegan options are offered, including a gluten-free tortilla and a dairy-free queso that contains cashews.

Orders can be picked up or delivered through the online ordering options. The kitchen is open 11am to 8pm every day of the week, and it sits on Progress Drive in Medford, Oregon.
