Physical Therapy Solutions is an outpatient physical therapy group with clinics in Mechanicsville, Downtown Richmond and Innsbrook in Glen Allen. The practice treats orthopedic and sports injuries, joint replacement rehabilitation, spine problems and industrial rehab, with services including custom foot orthotics, slow motion video analysis of running and throwing mechanics, dry needling and shockwave therapy at the Innsbrook clinic. Staff work with local schools and athletic trainers, and the Mechanicsville clinic sits across from Memorial Regional Hospital.

No physician referral is needed at most locations if your insurance allows self-referral, though Medicare patients require one. Self-pay and payment plans are offered, and the clinics will file insurance claims for you.
