Commonwealth Endodontics

Commonwealth Endodontics is an endodontic practice, so its doctors focus on the inside of the tooth. The Mechanicsville office treats root canals, retreatments for teeth that have had root canal work before, and endodontic microsurgery to save a tooth at the root end. The practice also handles traumatic dental injuries and cracked teeth. It uses an EdgePro laser for minimally invasive work and CBCT 3D imaging for diagnosis.

The office sits about half a mile off Mechanicsville Turnpike, beside a Cracker Barrel. A team of nine endodontists practices across the group, with 119 years of combined experience. Patients can book by phone, and anyone with a dental emergency is asked to mention it when calling so staff can give immediate guidance. Sedation options include nitrous oxide for patients who feel anxious.
