The Educated Dog

The Educated Dog is a dog training practice run by Aaron Stewart, a certified dog trainer and behavior expert. The focus is on solving specific behavior problems such as pulling on the leash, constant barking, jumping on people, running out the door and chewing on everything, rather than basic obedience drills like sit and stay. Aaron also offers consulting on choosing the right breed and dog for a household.

Training is built around single behavior sessions, and the material says many common problems can be addressed in as little as one session. Aaron has a background in scent detection dogs, starting his career in 1990 with Interquest Detection Canines. He works with dogs of all breeds and sizes. Service is offered across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and the business can be reached by phone or email to request a call.
