NRich Fitness

NRich Fitness is a private gym in McKinney with commercial-grade equipment, open gym access and a small staff of personal trainers. Members get studio-style privacy instead of a big box gym, with functional and performance equipment for HIIT and varied workouts. Personal training is also available, and the trainers include coaches with backgrounds in physique and contest prep, hybrid endurance racing, boxing and Muay Thai, and strength and rehabilitation work.

The gym is open weekdays from 5 AM, Saturday mornings and closes early Friday and Saturday. Memberships are month to month with no contracts or annual fees, and day, week and month passes are available for anyone who wants to try it first. The gym is at South Lake Forest Drive in McKinney, and a second location in Prosper is planned.
