Kolache Factory

Kolache Factory is a breakfast bakery-cafe serving handmade kolaches, both sweet and savory, along with espresso drinks and cold options. Its menu covers breakfast sandwich-style kolaches with eggs, bacon, sausage and cheese, a spicy Ranchero, a Korean beef croissant, and cinnamon twists, cinnamon rolls and muffins. Breakfast trays and party trays are available for groups, and it also sells 160 oz of brewed coffee for serving 20 people.

The shop offers drive-thru, curbside pick-up, delivery and catering, and it can ship locally and out of state. Orders can be placed online or through its app, which offers rewards. It is open daily, with hours starting at 6:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on Sundays, closing at 2:00 PM. The store is on West University Drive in McKinney, at the corner of University and Forest Ridge Lane.
