Timber McLean is a wood-fired pizza restaurant, part of the Timber Pizza Co group. Its 12-inch pies include the Margherita, Pretty in Pepperoni, and The Penelope with mushrooms, bacon and smoked paprika, alongside empanadas such as the slow-roasted pork and sweet potato versions, salads, and a seasonal ice cream and cone platter.

The restaurant takes walk-ins only with no reservations, and a wait list starts when the room fills. Pick-up and delivery orders can be placed for the McLean menu, and the restaurant also offers Timber Time specials on weeknights until 6 and hosts private events.
