John Pyne has more than 20 years in mortgage banking and has helped fund more than a billion dollars in residential mortgages. The team handles home purchases, first-time buyer guidance, investment property loans and refinancing, including options for tapping home equity.

Clients can start with a phone call, a video chat or the online application, and the online process can be paperwork-light if payroll and bank accounts are linked. The team fully underwrites loans at the preapproval stage, which it says helps offers stand out. John and Devin are first cousins who have worked together for more than a decade.
