McLean Animal Hospital

McLean Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary practice serving dogs, cats and other pets through every stage of life. It is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and offers wellness exams, diagnostics, dental care, internal medicine, pain management, emergency care and end-of-life care. The practice also runs grooming and boarding services.

The hospital says it has served the McLean area for more than fifty years from the same location on Old Chain Bridge Road, and it keeps a pharmacy for prescription refills. Appointments can be requested by phone or through the website, and Sunday hours are limited to emergencies. Several long-time clients note that Dr. Sexton and the staff have cared for their pets for decades.
