Greco & Greco is a law firm that represents individuals and investors in disputes with stockbrokers, brokerage firms, financial planners and investment advisors. The firm handles securities fraud, churning, unsuitable recommendations, Ponzi schemes, unauthorized trading and ERISA claims, mostly through FINRA arbitration as well as federal and state courts. A father and son team leads the practice, and the managing partner, W. Scott Greco, is a recently elected board member of the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association.
