A Big Improvement

A Big Improvement is a residential remodeling company that works on kitchens, bathrooms, custom cabinetry and built-ins, and whole-home renovations. Owner Justice Wade has taken on related jobs for past clients, including painting, attic insulation and water-damage repairs, so several trades can be handled under one contract.

The crew is in-house and full-time, so the people who plan a project are the ones who build it. The company settles the vision, scope and materials before construction starts and keeps clients updated through each phase. The business serves homeowners in Virginia, DC and Maryland from an office in McLean.
