Weary Davis, L.C.

Weary Davis is a law firm formed in 1917 by the late U.S. Weary, with offices in Manhattan and Junction City. Its work covers corporate, business and real estate planning, banking and lending, probate and estate planning, and telecommunications law. The firm also handles employment matters, guardianship and conservatorship cases, and transactions across commercial real estate, food processing, retail and construction-related industries.

The firm has four attorneys, three of them members of the firm and one of counsel, and serves businesses, institutions and individuals in North Central Kansas and beyond. Two lawyers have been with the firm for more than 45 years. The Manhattan office is in the Colony Square Office Building on Poyntz Avenue, and the Junction City office is on North Washington Street.
