Synergistic Fit Life

Synergistic Fit Life is a boutique movement studio built around the Gentry Method of Pilates, blending Pilates with strength, mobility, breathwork and restorative work. Sessions include private and semi-private reformer work, a spring wall, group classes and Pilates mat classes, with an emphasis on working at each person's pace rather than rushing through movements.

Classes are kept small, and the studio has four locations in Manhattan, including two downtown suites in the historic Eames Building on Poyntz Avenue and a home studio on Katherine Circle. A mat class series is also offered at WHOLEHealth MHK on the east side of town. Booking and questions go through phone or text, and online reformer and mat classes are available for clients who want to keep training remotely.
