So Long Saloon is a burger and bar restaurant in Aggieville, the student shopping and dining district in Manhattan, known mainly for its burgers. The menu includes half-pound burgers with names like Resist Temptation and Chili Cheese Burger, plus sandwiches, salads, dips, fries, and a full bar with cocktails called mules and nancies.

The restaurant has been serving since 2001 and is open around the clock. The building has a restored early 1900s Brunswick bar made of mahogany and maple, which guests can see while they eat. Food is served with fries, potato salad or spicy slaw, and the restaurant also sells its own apparel.
