Canopy

Canopy builds PEARS, a software system that helps organizations plan, track, evaluate and report on their community engagement work. It was created at Kansas State University to help Extension and SNAP-Ed teams replace fragmented reporting, and it is now used by mission-driven organizations in several states. The system covers evaluation planning, activity tracking, participant registration, event management and a data mart that feeds tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Canopy is a small public benefit company based in Manhattan, Kansas. The team works with clients through planning, implementation, training and ongoing support, and it offers a demo by video call for anyone wanting to see the system before deciding.
