Sand Spa

Sand Spa is a day spa focused on massages, facials and skin care, with nail services offered through its sister brand, Polish. Treatments include Hydrafacials, body treatments, waxing, manicures and pedicures, plus IV hydration and vitamin therapies. Megan Richardson and Gretchen Tiernan founded the spa in 2014 after years of regular massage as college basketball players, and they wanted that kind of care to be an everyday habit rather than an occasional splurge.

The spa has no locker rooms or showers, so visits center on the treatment itself. Guests can book online or by phone and buy gift cards. Private events are available on request, including baby showers, birthday parties and corporate team events, and the team will travel to a client for massages, mini facials and manicures. Estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians are licensed.
