Twisted Radish Catering

Twisted Radish is a Madison catering studio that designs chef-led food and service for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. Its menus start from the people and the place rather than a fixed package, with dishes built around personal memories, culture and season. Formats include plated dinners, shared plates, buffets, passed bites, stations and grazing, and its full mobile kitchen allows cooking and finishing onsite.

Clients begin with an inquiry that covers the date, venue, guest count and the feeling they want, and a tasting is scheduled once the menu is developed. Food minimums apply to fully produced dinners, with a different structure for soirees and small-bite receptions. Service covers Madison and southern Wisconsin, and the team is based at North Sherman Avenue on Madison's north side.
