Tim O'Brien Homes

Tim O'Brien Homes is a home builder working in the Madison and Milwaukee areas, building new single-family homes in planned neighborhoods across south-central and southeastern Wisconsin. The company describes its focus as high performance, energy-efficient new homes, and its neighborhoods range from ranch and two-story designs to first-floor primary layouts. Homes are offered as builds on buyers' lots, in its own neighborhoods, or as ready move-in homes.

The Madison Area office is at 2601 Crossroads Drive in Madison, and the team can be reached by phone to talk through neighborhoods, floor plans and the build process. Model homes are open for visits in several neighborhoods, and the company also works with customers who want a home adapted for accessibility.
