The Intersect

The Intersect is a newly built apartment community on the east side of Madison, with one- and two-bedroom homes that have open layouts and plenty of natural light. Some apartments are income-restricted, and pets are welcome. Residents have access to a fitness center, a co-working lounge and an indoor/outdoor community room with a patio.

The outdoor courtyard includes a dog run and a grill area. Tours are arranged through the leasing team. Lake Mendota and Lake Monona are nearby, and the Bus Rapid Transit line on East Washington Avenue is close by, with easy access to Highways 30, I-39/90 and I-94.
