Kehl School of Dance

Kehl School of Dance has been teaching dance in the Madison area since 1880, with classes for toddlers, kids, teens and adults. Styles include ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical and acro, and the youngest dancers can start with playful preschool movement classes. Dancers who want more structure can join the competitive dance team.

Classes are grouped by age and skill level, and the Dance Focus option for grades 3 and up concentrates on ballet, jazz and tap. Families describe patient, dedicated teachers and a studio that feels like a community, and the year closes with recitals. The school is on Verona Road in Fitchburg, and fall registration is open online or by phone.
