Access Community Health Centers is a non-profit health center network serving people across southwest Wisconsin, with medical, dental, behavioral health and affiliated pharmacy services. Its mission is to remove financial, cultural and language barriers to care, and it offers care regardless of a patient's ability to pay. The William T. Evjue Clinic, one of its locations, provides primary medical care, behavioral health, pharmacy and dental care, with restorative services and regular check-ups.
The Evjue clinic is at 3434 East Washington Avenue in Madison and serves people from throughout Dane County. Medical appointments are made by phone, and dental appointments are scheduled separately. The clinic also offers after-hours care through an on-call provider, and a UW Health pharmacy is available by phone. The organization has five locations in Madison, Sun Prairie and Dodgeville.
