Scranton Seahorse Inn

The Scranton Seahorse Inn is a bed and breakfast in the village of Madison on the Connecticut shoreline, housed in an 1833 Greek Revival home that once belonged to Sereno Scranton. The inn has seven guest rooms, each with a private bath, cable TV, air conditioning and internet access, and three of them have Jacuzzi baths. Its deluxe first floor suite adds a fireplace and a rain shower Jacuzzi.

The inn sits close to beaches, boutiques, restaurants and outlet shopping, and it has gift certificates for sale. Guests can reach the Madison Train Station, about two and a half blocks away, and the inn can arrange a shuttle from the station with advance notice. Enterprise Rent A Car is a short walk away on Boston Post Road.
