Spa-V

Spa-V is a cosmetic gynecology practice and medical spa in Louisville, Kentucky, led by Dr. Lori Warren, a board-certified gynecologist and reconstructive vaginal surgeon. The practice is best known for vaginoplasty and labiaplasty, and it also offers the Aviva scarless labiaplasty, which uses radiofrequency energy to tighten tissue without an incision. Its medical spa menu covers vaginal rejuvenation, vampire facials, Botox, dermal fillers and skin tightening for both women and men.

Care starts with a personal consultation with Dr. Warren, and appointments can be requested through the website. Financing options are available for treatments. Beyond surgery, the practice offers hormone optimization and hair restoration, so people who are not looking for a procedure can also come in for a visit.
