Park DuValle Community Health Center

Park DuValle Community Health Center is a nonprofit, federally qualified health center that offers adult health, behavioral health, dental, immediate care, pediatric care, pharmacy, sexual health and wellness, WIC and nutrition, and women's health services. The center has been serving the community since 1968, when it began in converted apartment buildings in the Cotter Homes housing area.

Services are provided regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, and fees follow a sliding scale based on income for eligible patients. The main location is at 3015 Wilson Ave in Louisville, and the center also runs satellite locations, including Park DuValle at Spencer County, Park DuValle at City View and Park DuValle at Newburg. A new school-based clinic at West End School has been announced as coming soon.
