Michael A. RoBards is a licensed clinical social worker offering individual psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions, along with couples therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and family and co-parenting support such as reunification and rebuilding after divorce. He also offers clinical consulting for teams in healthcare and social services.

New clients usually start with a free 15-minute intro call to talk through what is going on and decide which kind of work fits. Sessions are offered in person at the Bowman Field office on the first floor of the historic 1929 terminal building, or by telehealth for Kentucky residents. Fees are paid privately, with superbills and a sliding scale available, and the practice serves Louisville neighborhoods including the Highlands, Crescent Hill, Germantown and St. Matthews.
